The BRUGMANN gourmet restaurant is located in a majestic mansion building situated close to Place Brugmann in Brussels. Beyond the entrance, the restaurant extends into beautiful reception areas overlooking the terrace and Abbé Froidure park, formerly the magnificent gardens of the mansion house.

Each area has been renovated and decorated to reflect different atmospheres, from stately elegance to modern design, catering to every need, occasion or type of event. All ideal opportunities to savour the gourmet cooking of chef Matthias Van Eenoo, accompanied by fine vintages from the wine list.

All rooms can be reserved for exclusive use and a valet parking service is available at lunchtimes and in the evenings.

Created by chef Matthias Van Eenoo, the menu of the BRUGMANN gourmet restaurant focuses on innovative and seasonal fine dining. It is inspired by fresh market produce and presents new takes on classic dishes with clear, graphic lines. It features modern interpretations of traditional cuisine, including novel twists on French classics with unexpected ingredients. The menu changes regularly, depending on the chef’s inspiration and market produce.

The wine list consists of over 120 listings, updated each season by the head sommelier, with certain fine vintages available by the glass.
